Love to have a grocery store!! The rest of the day now is great with the new interchange for I- A lot of new eatery and service business are here again. If not for that, I would probably not drive at all in the neighborhood. People around here are pleasant and friendly, everyone knows everyone".

The area is constantly improving and getting more stores and newer housing. Resident 3y ago. Too many mosquitoes from flooded alleys. Old buildings, watch out for musty smells from air conditioning units falling apart, not sure landlords will fix.

Would not recommend after Hurricane Irma flooded these streets. I had lost my house key and left my home unlocked for 9 months or so. I'm lazy but the neighborhood is safe and ever vigilant. The area is quiet and quaint and nothing rowdy after hours. Nice parks for both children and adults ".

People are very nice and there are a lot of families which helps keep it quiet.
