As the son of a salon owner, Daniel found his vocation in hair as an apprentice straight out of school and has since featured in countless glossy mags, industry features and expert opinion pieces.
In Daniel was named Hair Extensionist of the Year and has over time become renowned for his diverse and intricate techniques and almost scientific approach to hair extension care and maintenance. I love working with long hair and that feeling I get when my client has THAT smile at the end is what makes this a profession of pure passion. Armand has over 25 years of experience within the beauty industry, empowering both men and women to look and feel like the best versions of themselves.
His work as an international makeup artist and beauty wellbeing expert has taken him worldwide, from the Oscars in Los Angeles to hosting Make-up Week in Mumbai. His talents extend beyond the world of beauty, as he initially went down a very different path, having studied Biomedicine at the College of Natural Medicine!
Since entering the beauty industry, Armand has trained with a number of the major beauty brands and worked with many famous faces ranging from Nicole Scherzinger to Goldie Hawn and even HRH Sultanah Kalsom Pahang. Having made a name for himself in the industry, he regularly fronts motivational hair, beauty and fashion events and is a judge for Professional Beauty UK , hosting their main stage.
His expertise and extensive knowledge of the beauty industry was called upon in when he was tasked with curating the beauty department of high-end department store Sandersons, focusing on independent British brands, as well as established luxury brands. Alongside these achievements, Armand has done considerable media work, including TV, radio and print.
As well as being a columnist for Cheshire Life Magazine and The Lady Magazine , he also appears regularly as a guest on Talk Radio Europe and has appeared on many lifestyle shows as a beauty expert and on-screen makeup artist. Armand is proud to now be based at our luxury, boutique salon where he works closely with a team of fellow highly experienced hairstylists to enhance the looks of our valued guests, using ethical and cruelty-free beauty products.

Honestly couldn't recommend Rifka's enough, the ladies there are beyond fantastic. They are so incredibly supportive, friendly and went over and beyond for me. I was very new to alternative hair and the team offered me a FaceTime consultation and went through all the options and recommended what they knew would be the best for me with my current hair journey.
I wanted a piece that was difficult to source especially during the lockdown I'm a natural red head , however they worked hard and kept trying until a few months later found the perfect piece for me. I had my appointment at the salon in London and loved it, I tried on a couple pieces as well as the one I bought may have got a bit emotional in the process , I fell in love — I bought the piece then and Rifka cut it for me and got it slightly thinned out to look natural. Living about 2 hours commute away from the Salon Rifka offered to post my piece rather than traveling all the way back into London and over text we discussed different methods to apply the topper to my hair without the use of clips — I found a product but unfortunately it was only available in the US.
That wasn't a problem for Rifka, she has so many connections and one of the team was in the states, so bought the product and brought it back to the UK for me and posted it out! I can't thank these ladies enough and as soon as I want or need another piece I'll definitely be returning to Rifka's.
