We will definitely be eating here again and again. Great establishment! Our daughter who lives in San Antonio bought us to Dough for dinner. Great pizza place. Best crust ever. Dough is a busy and high energy authentic pizzeria Napoletana. With our reservation we were seated quickly and service was friendly and efficient. As always, Dough's food was excellent!
Everything is fresh, beautifully presented and well-timed. Service was perfect, and the experience was great. Always great food , good wine list and excellent service. Always enjoy coming here. That arugula and prosciutto pizza was fantastic!
Service wasn't exceptional but not bad. Seemed like waiter may have been a bit overwhelmed. Fantastic pizzas, we tried the season menu with a white bean delicious zuppa and a great pizza, pizzas are light and thin easy to eat and enjoy and the service is very quick.
I brought my fiance to Dough to celebrate our anniversary, as well as enjoy one of our last meals together before he deploys overseas. Our waitress, Jewels, was incredible. She was prompt with her service and patient while we asked her a few questions about some menu items. She was also extremely knowledgeable and accommodating to our requests.
While my fiance was not looking, I asked her to bring out a special surprise dessert at the end of the meal, which they kindly comped for us though we did not request that. As far as food goes, you can't go wrong with anything on their menu. Their tomato sauce is the best I've ever had and the crust is perfect every single time.
The fresh house-made burrata is a menu item that should not be skipped and makes for a great snack later on I took it as part of my lunch the next day. While we didn't have any small children dining with us, I noticed the large family at the next table had a few small kiddos. The staff brought out some pizza dough for the kids to work with - how cool is that?! I love how accommodating the staff is to the needs of the patrons.
Dining outside and it's a bit chilly? They not only have gas heaters, they also supply large serapes for each chair at every table on their outdoor patio.
There's a reason Dough has the reputation that they do - no matter the occasion casual lunch or fancy date , the service, food, and ambiance always deliver. Appetizers are great, pizzas are just okay.
In no rush to go back. Best gluten free pizza crust available. Very fresh ingredients. Nice wine list! All around excellent Southern Italian dining.
Pizza was so fresh! Love the local produce. Waiter was very informative. A little loud for me The homemade sausage was appreciated by everyone at the table. The bruschetta with homemade mozzarella and a locally sourced honey with a hint of smoke was the highlight of the dinner. Overall experience was awesome.
