Poplar Avenue gives me trouble coming to and from home. There are other streets I can use to get home that do not cause as much traffic. The commute to places is very simple. People of all ethnicities live in my neighborhood. Light traffic into midtown and no heavy traffic lights either. It only takes me 5 minutes to get to Overton area for work most days! There are a lot of shops close in this area.

Two blocks from a great little park. Safe place to walk and run in the neighborhood. Huge beautiful trees everywhere. Dog friendly parks and well maintained sidewalks. Love the area. Close to schools, parks, stores and restaurants. Within 6 miles of the interstate. Yards are well kept, home values.
Very good schools close by and one of the best private schools in the state. I feel very safe, and every yard is well kept.
